In the context of the climate catastrophe, the term heat waves is an extreme weather event with symptoms of dryness, drought, heat and, in some cases, forest fires. With her work, the designer wants to shed light on the effects of this extreme weather event on everyday life. A scientifically based future scenario shows aspects of life in a world destroyed by climate change. The need for protection from all eventualities and the desire for freedom is great. In this world, it is important to keep the body safe from dangers and influences caused by extreme weather events such as heat waves and to create a feeling of strength and self-determination. Inspired by this scenario, archetypes of modern and historical firefighter clothing were used.
