the great goddess

For thousands of years, women were oppressed by society and sacred cultures, their sensuality and physicality demonized...

The focus of the work is the story of the Great Goddess in Europe during the Paleolithic period, how she was forgotten, which symbols and patterns are associated with her and how the Great Goddess was represented in terms of clothing and jewelry.

The theme was ultimately implemented within the fashion collection. Since the story that has been told over the last few millennia has largely been a man's story, this work deals with the history of women in the origin of the spirituality and beliefs of our ancestors.

Crocheting is a sustainable, healing, creative and joyful process for all people, regardless of age, gender, health, spiritual-religious orientation or ethnic origin. It increases mental endurance and allows you to hold out longer in difficult life situations. In draping crochet, which the designer herself came up with, the technique of crocheting is combined with the technique of draping on the bust. The thread or yarn is manipulated with the help of the crochet hook and the hands and guided around the bust.

For the designer, crocheting is a spiritual practice, and the intuitive design of the bust reflects the theme of her work and connects her with the primal power of the feminine - creating something from nothing and making it a reality.
